I ordered a cupcake cake with four flavors for 50 people and it was amazing everyone loved it at the party. They listen to allergy concerns, icing was not overly sweet, and the cake was moist and delicious. They work with you and are very accommodating. The cake is so cute and the center was made of Rice krispie treat and it made it even better!

Ordered some cupcakes for a family member here, and they were incredible. Apparently, Fizz Bakery has been voted best in Stockton several times. I can see why. They also sell scratch made cookies and pastries. It looks like they make custom cakes as well. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality bakery in Stockton.

The staff did an amazing job on my daughter‘s graduation cake. The cake was fun-fetty with raspberry filling. It was so delicious. I got so many compliments from all our guests.

Everything is amazing! The ladies there are super sweet too. If you go early they have half off day old goods. They made my God son's first birthday cake and it was so adorable and tasted great.

I discovered Fizz bakery through my brother, who had me pick up some cupcakes for his baby shower 2 years ago at Fizz Bakery. While I was there, I purchased a big Toffee cookie to have with my coffee ☕️ and I was hooked! Not much of a treats person, but this cookie was something else!! Anyways, I was scoping around for ideas for a company birthday party snack for my supervisor, and we were limited due to allergens. We decided to go for cookies… I instantly thought of Fizz bakery! We did a total of 60 (10 variety). ALL GONE! Everyone raved about how fresh and tasty they were, and I had to sneak in 3 to bring home with me because everyone was grabbing them left and right. The toffee and snickerdoodle are to DIE for! Such an amazing woman as well. Fast responses and very accommodating. She even individually wrapped each cookie because I had to pick up the day before the party. Therefore, the freshness was secured! I love Fizz Bakery! 🧁

As a wedding planner, I have pretty high standards. Fizz has been on our preferred vendor list for years now and Tiffany is such a pleasure to work with! Not every bakery is great on the pre-planning side of things, but Tiffany is responsive, flexible, super friendly, and everything we've had from her is delicious! They can create pretty much any design, and are great at placing florals on wedding cakes. She even travels with silk flowers as a back up, just in case something went wrong with the florist. She's always on time, and even offers some cake stands for rent when needed. 5 stars!

They are the prime example of how others need to run their business. They are the kindest most sweetest people ever! My experience was so smooth and there was no barrier whatsoever. They went above & beyond to what I expected and very good for the price. The cake was amazing..!

Ordered my niece’s wedding cake here and was not disappointed. The cake was delicious and Tiffany was super punctual! It was so nice to have such a seamless delivery on her special day. I already have another cake ordered for another wedding! I also love stopping into the bakery to pick up cupcakes. They are always so tasty!
